      An Artist Response to the Roe v Wade Decision

      Opening: Friday August 5th at 5:00 PM
      at Chroma /Vault Virginia’s Lower Vault
      and at 7:00 at the Ix Art Park Piazza


      Originated by artist, Sigrid Eilertson, and co-curated with Deborah McLeod, this multi-site exhibition invited regional artists to express their perspectives on this recent over-reaching decision by the Supreme Court that removed women’s personal rights to determine the future of their own bodies, their physical and mental health and the stability of their own lives and family conditions.Many of the art works will be presented at Chroma / and the lower vault of Vault Virginia will open beginning at 5:00, others will be presented at the Ix Art Park Piazza, along with later performances beginning at 6:00 and going until 8:00 PM at the Ix Piazza location.
